Founded in March 2022, Conchitas was born from the heart of a military spouse, devoted mom of three, and passionate culinary artist. Inspired by her children’s favorite Mexican stew, Chef Jennifer named her business Conchitas as a tribute to family, flavor, and heritage.
With a deep love for food and the art behind it, Chef Jennifer brings warmth and creativity to every event. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a big celebration, she takes care of every detail so you can focus on making lasting memories with your loved ones.

Chef Jennifer is an award-winning chef and caterer whose culinary journey began in 2022 and quickly skyrocketed thanks to her passion, creativity, and dedication to community. Since launching CONCHITAS Catering, she has become a celebrated figure in the Florida and Alabama food scene.
